UCC2897A: minimum Rslope value

Sec 9.2.2.6 of the UCC2897a data sheet. The min acceptable value will depend on the smallest value of filter resistor, RF, the longest on-time (min VIN, max duty). Islope is set by CT/Rslope, 2V/Rslope. For m=1 RCS=Rslope and this would make Rslope very small. More likely m<<1, where m~RCS/Rslope
