TPS53681: current feedback signal layout

Hello,

My customer has a question about the current feedback signal layout at multi-phase step down controller and power stages.
Looking at TPS53681 datasheet layout example Figure 98, ACSPX and VREF_P are drawed as differential pair lines. But looking at TPS53667 datasheet layout example Figure 124, ACSPX lines run in the VREF plane.
Actually, which one is better PCB layout for the current feedback signals?

Hi Hirano-san,

Basically, there is no difference for both ways. And both need to make clearance from noisy signals. Using VREF plane means it needs to make more area for clearance. So would suggest customer routing with differential pairs in the newest design.
