TPS61378-Q1: Inductor selection guide

Hello, Experts,

We have question about inductor selection.
There is a recommendation of running 800mA ~ 2A ΔIL (datasheet 9.2.2.4), but does this include variation in the switching frequency?
If we calculate using the max 2.64MHz, the current slightly goes below 800mA (~750mA).

Please guide us on the inductor selection for TPS61378-Q1, especially how we should think about ΔIL.

    Hi Masaru,

    This recommended of inductor ripple has no relationship with fsw. 

    When you design the circuit and select the fsw already, then you can select the inductor and let the ripple stay in the range.

    The TPS61378 calculation tool could help you design the circuit easily.
