BQ4050: Board Offset calibration issue

Hi team,

The quiescent power consumption of the protection board is around 300uA, but the upper bit shows a current of around -4mA, which is suspected to be caused by the lack of board offset calibration. However, the Board Offset calibration option is not found in bqStudio, The customer would like to how to make the Board Offset calibration.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hello Cherry,

    There should be no board offset if all TI guidelines for board design are followed. Therefore board offset calibration is not available in bqStudio. Check if ground points match TI recommendation.
