BQ40Z80, 6 strings, 2 sides, actual capacity 6700mah, completed strictly according to the fuel-learning process, around 25 degrees C, Aging devices measure capacity of around 6700mah, but the chip reads only around 4300mah full charge, which is the same result several times, even lower capacity, while the battery learning success updatestatus=0e. When full, no load cap, this value is above 6700mah. Under the gas gathering-state list, both qmax cell and qmax pack are above 6700mah.
The customer would like to know is there any part wrong? Thanks.
