Hi TI experts,
We would like to apply TPS53676 instead of the high-power power module.
1. CSD95410 is applied to the TPS53676EVM reference schematic. However, CSD95410 cannot be found on TI web. Please tell me the reason.
2. TPS53676 does not have a Power good function. But we need the power good function. Is Power good function available using TPS53676 internal functionality? Or is there an application note for the Power good circuit?
3. We would like to use 30A per TPS53676 phase. Is CSD95490 suitable? What power stage do you recommend?
4. A 150nH inductor is applied to the TPS53676EVM. Does 150 nH cover all frequencies(300k~2Mhz)?
5. Is there any problem using 220nH?
