Hi there,

I am looking for a customized design where TI power solution can be applicable.

My aim is to develop a DC-DC sutable toloplogy ( flyback, buck, isolated ,..so on) converter with following parameter,

INPUT: 250 to 650 VDC

OUTPUT: 24V/5A , 5V/3A, 12V/2A

LM5021, UCC28740 is suitable for flyback topology.

Dear Jerry,

Thanks for your recommendation.

Keep in mind my application needs wide range of input voltage!

Lets assume the converter as separate for all output.

UCC28740 : Its a good choise. Isolated, flyback and CV.CC is fine. According to datasheet its HV pin takes maximum 700 v. Appllication circuit shows it contain a bridge diode in input allows AC voltages. Doesnt it for DC-DC application?. If so I will calculate the parameter mentioned in this datasheet.

LM5021 : its input does not fit with my application.

The input voltage is DC for your spec, you can remove the full bridge rectifier. If you need a more professional technical support for UCC28740, you can start a new thread with part number UCC28740. I just can give you a brief advice for UCC28740.
