Hello,

I am junior power designer, still at learning state. I will be glad if you could  recommend me design (part) which will be able to provide steady 360V DC output with variable load up to 2,5kW. I tried to use UCC 28019 but to use it on lower loads i need to have large coil (with peak current about 20A, and large inductance, coil will be really huge). With minimal calculated inductance used , PWM output works with audible noise on coil (probably few Hertz). Aprox after reaching 200W load buzzing is away.

So i need probably to use higher inductance boost coil, which will be so huge...

Or different design - > faster PFC?

Can you please reccomend me something? Thanks
