LM5069: Output waveform (0V >1.3V > turn on)

Hi Expert,

My customer is using LM5069MM-2/NOPB.

schematics is below,

They have a question about reason of output waveform.

Why does the waveform have 2 step 0V>1.3V>turn on? (at UVLO high)

Also, if UVLO was low, Output voltage was always 1.3V.

Customer want to know the reason of 1.3V

Hi Muk,

The 1.3V at the output is due to leakage current through an internal 1.0 MΩ resistance from SENSE to VOUT. It is expected as per the device architecture.

As it is very low compared to the operating voltage level, it should not be any concern.
