You may look at C2000, which can convert DC-AC-DC with one chip. Or your question is too general, and it is difficult to give you a good answer.

Can TIDM-1000 be used for my application Motor controller and integrated onboard charger 3.3 kw motor and charger

TIDM1000 works for PFC (AC/DC). You need one more power stage for battery charger. For more details, you can consult MCU (C2000) team.
