You can use Figure 10-23 (5Vout) as a reference for 4Vout.
For a 5Vout| 6A application, the "knee" is around 5.7V, which means there is a headroom of 0.7V from output voltage to be at the point of dropout.
As such, it can be assumed that 4.7V is the point when a 4Vout|6A application is in dropout condition.
