for question 2, you can use typical value instead of max value, most of product will be around typical value. for worse case analysis, you can use min of max on time , and max of min off time.

for 5V efficiency curve, do you have specific point you want to check?

For 5V efficiency curve, Imax will be 80mA and normally the current is 30~40mA. Could you help on this range? Thanks.
