Hi,

1) Why webench simulate (Simulation) option was disabled/not available for this IC (LM5000-3).

2)Please provide the internal MOSFET (switch details -- RDS_ON,Pd,Rthja etc) for calculation purpose.

3)Requesting to provide spice model for LM5000-3 which is not available for dowload in TI website.

    Hi Rizwan,

    thank you for using the E2E forum.

    There is currently no spice model for the LM5000 available, this is also the reason why the simulation in Webench has not been enabled.

    The values for the internal MOSFET can be found in the Datasheet.
