BQ24253: PG pin behavior during non-battery condition

Hello Expert,

I have question forfBQ24253.
Datasheet said that PG pin will be pulled low when Vin is higher VBAT+VSLP.

Could we apply this formula for the case that battery doesn't connected as VBAT=0?

Hi Kazuki,

VIN must be higher than VUVLO = 3.35V typical but otherwise the equation holds.

Dear Kazuki-san,

When I set Vin to 3.47 V, I have the PG/ pin pulled down from the LDO of 3.45 V. At the same time, the BAT pin is at 0 V. Therefore, the equation holds.
