TPS92511: LED current accuracy at RIADJ=30kohm and RIADJ=38kohm

Dear Specialists,

My customer'd like to know the LED Current accuracy at RIADJ=30kohm and RIADJ=38kohm.

The datasheet P.5 Electrical Characteristics ILED only described RIADJ=3kohm, 6kohm and 10kohm.

Could you please let us know.

Hi Shinichi,

It's not recommended to set the RIADJ more than 30kOhm, which will lead to worse current accuracy, but we don't have the detailed data.

(1) RIA DJ = 30kΩ is within the specifications.

Do you have any data on the current accuracy at this time?

(2) Is the current accuracy when RIADJ = 38kΩ worse than when RIADJ = 30kΩ?

Hi Shinichi,

1) Beside RIADJ, the current accuracy also depends on inductor value, output capacitor, DIM signal duty cycle and so on. We don't have this data at present.
