Hi there, 

As VP_clamp fault describes:"NPNB pin is monitored and clamped to keep the NPNB pin from going over voltage", please share the NPNB pin overvoltage threshold, as i can't find the conditions for triggering Vp_clamp.

    Hi Shubiao,

    This is an internal device threshold not publically available - is there any reason you need this value? Or are you receiving the VP_clamp fault? Do have the correct external application circuit on VP and NPNB or can you send the schematic snippet?
