UCC28C43: VRef and error amplifier reference

Hallo,

the UCC28C43 datasheet shows the 2.5V reference is derived from voltage reference VRef 5.0 V.

Could you specify the ratio (2.5 V reference)/ (voltage reference VREF) for whole temperature range?

Is the 2.5V reference created by resistor divider, i.e. is it proportional to VRef ? What is its temperature coefficient?

    The reference voltage 2.5V is divided down internally from 5V REF.

    The accuracy of The reference 2.5V is ±1% at room temperature and ±2% over the full temperature range.

    The temperature coefficient is shown in below picture.

    thanks for your answer. It is clear and it is possible to find it in the datasheet, but unfortunately it is not exactly what we need to know for our design.

    Your answer and the datasheet show absolute error of the both references. We need to know what is relative error between 5V  and 2.5 V reference, i.e. what accuracy and temp coefficient has the 2.5 V divider.

    Sorry for the delay.  we don't have the divider ratio graph vs Temperature.  But you can try to derived it roughly from the graph 5V REF vs Temperature and the graph 2.5V REF vs Temperature.  Thanks.——Teng
