Hi Team,
There is a good new that we DIN LMR23625
And there have one thing need your support!
Please help check this SCH & suggest L , THX
Vin = 12V~24V
Vo=5V / Io=3A

Hello,
Please note this part is rated for 2.5A, but your message above says Io = 3A.
Here are some comments:
1. input capacitor - OK
2. VCC capacitor - OK
3. feedback resistors - double check the values for 5V output. If the bottom R is 20k, the top would have to increase to 80.6k for 5V output.
4. boot resistor - make 0ohm as default and slowly increase if needed for EMI.
5. inductor - inductor value seems OK. Check the current rating and make sure it is rated for the current limit current of the device. One of the inductors looks like semi-shielded or unshielded. It may be worse with EMI.
6. output capacitance - check the value after bias derating (see manufacturer's datasheet) and ensure you have at least 33uF left. See table 2 in the datasheet.
7. Snubber may not be necessary but it is OK to have as place holder. Check the expected power dissipation of R136. May have to go to a larger case size as placeholder (e.g. 0603).
