BQ35100: I2C I/F at LDO inactive

Dear Sir.

I would like to confirm the I2C  I/F of BQ35100PWR.

When GE is low(this indicate 2.5V LOD is inactive), SCL/SDA on BQ31500 can keep high impedance. Is it right?
