BQ25600D: Can't exit sleeping mode when plug in adapter

Use the BQ25600D to manage/recharge the battery.

Noticed that when the battery was not used for a long time, plugging in the adapter (Output: 5V/3A or 9V/2A) does not exit the shipping mode.

However, it seems that an adapter with higher output (Output: 5V/3A or 9V/2A or 15v/3A or 20V/3A) seems to work.

Any thoughts?

To correct: I think one can charge and the other can not charge. not exit shipping mode.

Simon,

Could you please provide the following before and after the charger can not charge respectively?

What are the test conditions such as VBUS (voltage at VBUS pin), IVBUS, VBAT (voltage at BAT pin), IBAT, VSYS, ISYS?
What are all the register readings?
