EV2400: Simple API

In "EV2400 Evaluation Module Interface Board User's Guide. (Rev. D)" (chapter 1.1) states that the module has a "Full USB to SMBus or I2C interface using a simple API". No link found.

Where can I get such a simple API?

Hello Ihor,

TI provides evaluation software that communicates through the EV2400. As far as i know there is no publicly available API for the EV2400 itself. Just curious, what would you use the API for?

There used to be an API available for EV2300 which some people claim works with EV2400. You can try it and let us know.

Hi, Shirish. 
To develop our own line for the production of battery blocks, it is necessary to create software to automate the 
calibration processes and write configurations to the BQ series microcircuits. BQ STUDIO is not suitable for this. And,

I purchased an EV2400 and as it says in the description it should come with simple APIs.

I contacted the support service, as you suggested. However, there I was again directed to the forum to find answers to 
the question. Some kind of vicious circle ...

Hello Ihor,

TI terms of sale prohibit use of EVMs like EV2400 in production. Maybe that is a factor.
