I am using the BQ25895RTWR product from a customer, but we are reviewing the following items as replacements.

BQ25890RTWR

BQ25890HRTWR

BQ25895MRTWR

Can the above items be used as substitutes for existing items?

If it can be used, will the register setting, etc., change in software when using the item?

Please check as soon as possible.

The 3 devices are all pin-compatible with BQ25895. Please consider BQ25895M which is the closest to BQ25895.

Are the register settings different for BQ25890 and BQ25890H?
