Hi Cho SR,
Thank you very much for reaching out. I am currently taking a look into this issue internally. I will have more feedback for you as soon as possible for this modeling concern.

Francisco Lauzurique
Hi Cho SR,
We are trying to debug this concern to ensure proper functionality at all instances. This could take a few days in order to finalize the changes, however, I can provide you a temporary fix in order to simulate correctly this device.
1- Open the simulation configurations and eliminate the nom_pspti.lib.
2- Provide a path to the netlist available in the downloaded model
This should eliminate the simulations errors and the simulations should work as expected. We will continue the work to provide a permanent fix to this concern.
Simulations should look as following.
We are here to help with schematic and layout reviews for further feedback. Feel free to share more information with us.
Let us know if this resolved your thread.
Sincerely,
Francisco Lauzurique
