A bq24610EVM has been applied to your company for our new project requirements. Please help confirm the following problems during verification.
The 19.5V AC adapter is connected to J1 of bq24610evm, and J5 is not connected to battery pack and load. The measured signal voltage values are as follows:
J1 ACPWR:19.46V ACDRV:16.03V VCC:15.99V VREF:0V VREGN:0V -->ACDRV is pulled up to the VCC, does it mean that the IC ACFET is off?When AC adaptor is connected, why is ACFET still off?
BATDRV:14.02V ACN:19.46V SRN:19.46V VCC:15.99V-->IC BATFET on and IC enters sleep mode?How to return to normal working mode from sleep mode?We expect to use this board to charge the battery pack of 4s2p (full charge voltage: 16.8V). The AC adapter uses 19.5V 3A. I think there should be no problem.I tried to connect the AC adapter and battery pack to the bq24610evm, and the VREF & vregn is still 0V.
J5 SYS:19.46V BAT:19.46V-->I understand that J5 Pin2 Vbat should be 0 when J5 is not connected to the battery pack,But now the measured J5 Pin2 Vbat = 19.46V(BQ24610EVM Q1 & Q2 & Q3 & Q5 are on)
