My customer is planning on using our fixed 5.0V LM63615-Q1, and is attempting to achieve a 4.75V minimum RESET threshold. Unfortunately, our RESET threshold puts as at 4.55V (91% of 5V):
Do we happen to have data for what the minimum RESET threshold would be assuming Tj = 125C instead of 150C? I'm wondering if this would buy us enough margin to achieve the 4.75V requirement.
