Hi Team,

Could you pls inspire us the difference between TPS543C20 and TPS543C20A? I check the D/S but no finding. Many thanks.

    Hi Stanley,

    The primary difference between the TPS543C20 and TPS543C20A is that the TPS543C20A is rated for up to 16V at the input while the TPS543C20 is rated for up to 14V at the input. Both devices use the same controller, but the TPS543C20A has a more robust power stage (High-Side and Low-Side MOSFETs) that allow it to safely operate at higher input voltages up to 40A of load current.
