LMR36510: Inquiry about the effect of COUT failure

Hello,

My customer is using LMR36510ADDAR under the conditions below.

  - VIN=48V / VOUT=5.1V / Inductor=4.7uH / COUT=10uF/16V/1608/+-20%/X6S 

If the capacitance of COUT changes because the COUT capacitor's temperature rises above the guaranteed operation temperature,

does an error occur in the LMR36510 VOUT voltage level or output noise?

    HI, JH,

    If application in very light loading, this should be OK, X6S upper limit is 105C, with capacitor value decrease 20%,  If 1A loading, suggest to increase both vout CAP and  inductor value, because in CCM mode, small inductor will easy to trigger current limit.
