As you can see in datasheet, Fig 1 shows the delay time. Now I want to know the output duty cycle error. Actually it can be reflected by high level output error. Is it characterized by td(match)?

Hi Elec,
Yes you can use that parameter. Actual output time is t(IN)-td(rise)+td(fall) which is t(IN)-(td(rise)-td(fall)), and you can plug in the parameter.
