TPS53681: Power up issue

Hi Ti Team,

TPS53681 device(Slave: CSD95410RRB) on one of our boards is unable to provide output voltage(0.85V)( This device was working fine earlier). We tried enabling the regulator manually through fusion digital tool and we observe that as soon as we enable the output through GUI voltage rise to 0.85V and then returns to 0V. attached is the output voltage waveform for your reference.
