BQ27441-G1: When to do the OCV measurement?

Hi,

      According to the datasheet of BQ27441：

    Do I need to control the BQ27441 to read the OCV?

    Or, I just put the BQ27441 into HIBERNATE mode, and make sure the charging/discharging current is not significant, and the BQ27441 will automatically read the OCV in the appropriate time?

    Do I need to control the BQ27441 to read the OCV when Power Up?

    Hello Feng,

    The system must wake up the gauge/exit hibernate mode before charging starts. The system must check the OCVTAKEN flag and only allow charging after this flag has been updated to reflect that OCV reading was taken. This should take a few seconds.
