TPS64200: Using ceramic capacitors for 1V2 and -2V5 inverter?

Part Number: TPS64200

For a normal buck configuration there is an recommendation for an extra R1b resistor when using very low ESR ceramic output capacitors. This should be 2-4 x R1.

When creating an 1V2 buck regulator using the TPS64200 there is no R1?

Is the R1b also recommended when creating an -2V5 inverter, and if at what value?
