Hello Carlo,

Since this is a much older device we do not have anymore data for it and they used different information than our newer devices. The dissipation ratings of the device listed in the datasheet is the only information we're able to offer.

This essentially means at the expected ambient temperature keep your max power dissipated </= 387mW - 3.9*(Ta-25) where Ta >/= 25
