LP2951: Does lp2951-50drgr comply with as6081 standard

My quick review of the literature is that since TI is the Original Component Manufacturer this does not apply to us. See below screenshot for the relevant section, but note that you will need to make any final determination on your own as this is not my area of expertise as an OCM.
