Hi,

my customer is looking for an alternative to Infineon TLF11251LD, Q100 needed.

P2P is desirable, but not mandatory.

BOM tool on ti.com does not have a suggestion.

Hi, Josef,

This is not a gate driver IC, it looks more like an integrated buck. I’ve moved this over to BSR-LV for their comments.

Hi Josef,

We don't have an equivalent device for this within BSR-LV. Would a device that has external synchronization like tps62813-q1 work for the customer? If not we can check with BMC-MCS for power stages with integrated FETs and drivers with external PWM control.
