    the output rails going a WiFi RF SoC 

    We want to produce in Q1 2022 at least 1,000 units and 5,000 from Q2 to Q4 2022

  • We believe that the problem for which the power rails are not working is because we do not have the correct inductors.

    1. Do you already have a prototype board where some rails don't work as expected? Could you elaborate more on what is not working?
    2. Do you also have any soft start or sequencing requirement for the SOC?
    3. Could you let me know what features of the DC-DC like efficiency, voltage accuracy, transient response, package, price etc.. are important to you?

    For the 5V to 0.9V, you could maybe consider the TPS6286810CRQY. Even the LMR10530, you mentioned is in stock and would work for this rail.

    My product line only supports <6V VIN Buck converters. If you are open to hearing about other buck converter options for the rails running from the 12V input supply, I can later move this post to our Mid VIN team.
