Our customer used the PMIC SND9039 on IPC.......some questions are as follows

1. Does ILimit detect L(DCR) or integrated Mosfet RDS(ON)?

2. Is SND9039 PMIC Buck6 solution Current mode/Voltage mode / D-Cap mode?

Both, the inductor as well as the FET RDSON play an important role for the current limit operation. Here is some information that explains how they play a critical role when setting the current limit.

Buck6 on the TPS65094 PMIC follows the DCAP2 topology.

Regarding your question on ILimit of SN9039, there is a separate parameter called L_ILIMITwhich is the Inductor current limit (LX1, LX2 – each).

Regarding your questions about Buck6, are you having any issues we can help debug or do you need any feedback/recommendations for a new or existing design?
