HI TI experts
Can you help me analyze which settings cause the FUSE pin to output a voltage of about 0.34V? I am afraid that it will cause false triggering of my secondary protection circuit, thank you.BQ40Z80 FUSE Pin 2021-12-14.gg.csv

Hello Zhang,
The fuse pin cannot be partially triggered from the settings, it will either be active or not active. 0.34V should not be high enough to trigger secondary protections.

Hi Wyatt,
Thank you for your answer.
The strange thing is that the setting of this project causes the FUSE pin to output a voltage of 0.34V, but in other projects, the FUSE pin outputs 0V, so I want to know which Data Memory setting causes 0.34V output. I can avoid it as much as possible.
You mean 0.34V will not cause false triggering, so I don't care about it?
Hello Zhang,
It doesn't look like it is the gauge, maybe some external circuitry differences from the other project or your secondary protection. The gauge will trigger output high to 6-8V.
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
