I would suggest picking a higher current rated device is you want to operate at 5A input current.
The is not capable of 100% duty cycle so the input current will always be lower than the maximum rated 5A current limit of the device.
Perhaps the LM61480 or LM61495 might be more applicable for your design requirements.

Thanks for your reply. I want to find a suitable DCDC that the input is 48V/5A and output is 24V/4A. Do you have any recommendation?

Can you help me understand your application more on why the input current must be 5A?
Normally the input current for a buck converter is lower than the output current.
Currently there is nothing in the converter portfolio to satisfy your application so I'd suggest look at controllers such as the LM25149 which was recently released.
