BQ79616-Q1: Software Design Reference Materials

Hello everyone, I am looking for assistance in obtaining access to the BQ79616-Q1 software design materials. I have developed prototype hardware using three daisy chained chips and am now desperately needing to implement the communication protocols between the chips and the MCU. I have requested access to the materials once and was denied for no known reason; however, I believe this to be because the chip is under NDA and I am struggling to find the correct channels to get an NDA in place. I have a current support ticket open but communication has been unhelpful and limited. Could anyone provide any insight or assistance in how to find the paper channels to gain access t the development materials? It would be much appreciated. Hello All, is there anyone that can help me with this? Costumer support has given me nothing but pre-generated responses and my situation is growing a bit desperate.

Hello Blakely,

Apologize for the delayed response. The team was out of office for the holidays. I have granted you access to the MySecure folder which contains the datasheet and software design reference. You will get an email with the link within 30 minutes. Yes, much of the other documentation for this device requires a NDA to access which was part of the reason for the delay.
