BQ76952: safety satus A bit not set after sending PF_RESET(0x0029) command

Part Number: BQ76952

hi TI expert,

I have set the CUV and SUV trigge point as below

When I test the COV and SUV protection base the steps as

1、decrease the cell voltage lower than  the CUV trigge point 2681.8mV, then the

register of Safety Alert A's CUV bit will be set,

and after the some delay, the register of Safety Status A's CUV bit will be set and Safety Alert A's CUV bit is cleared.

2、continue to decrease the cell voltage lower than SUV trigge point 2300mV,

then the register of PF Alert A's SUV bit will be set.

nd after the some delay, the register of PF Status A's SUV bit will be set and  PF Alert A's SUV bit is cleared.

3、increase the cell voltage to 2633V and then send command PF_RESET(0x0029) to BQ76952,

the result is PF Status A's SUV =0, PF Alert A's SUV =0, Safety Status A's CUV bit =0, Safety Alert A's CUV bit=1,as,below:

Question1: how the 0x0029 command effect the safety Alert A and Safety Satus A.

4、if i increase the cell voltage to CUV recovry point  2884mV, the Safety Alert A's CUV bit is cleared.

from now on, no matter the CUV or COV is occur, only the Safety Alert A is change

and Safety Status A has no effect any more.

Question2: The host are using the Safety Satus A register to make some judgements.

if this register is no effect, how to solve this.

Thanks for your help!
