Hi,
The design looks fine to me. Kindly provide us with information about input transients so that an appropriate TVS diode can be selected for voltage limiting at the device input. LM74700-Q1 provides protection against reverse polarity events also, in addition to reverse current blocking; in that case, could you please tell us the function of PFET connected in series with the NFET?
Thanks and best regards

Dear Sirs:
Thanks for the review of this design. Based on the power design is about 90W. We are very consider the heat generated by Q4301. If we want to reduce the power dissipation on this NFET, could we place another NFET in parallel? We think it will be fine but still need your check. Thanks.
By the way, the PFET connected in series with the NFET is for some certification requirment by our customer. Thanks.
Hi Howard,
Surely, connecting another NFET in parallel will allow for sharing of the overall thermal stress if the power dissipation due to load requirement is high.
Thanks and best regards
