Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
The customer used the BQ27421 as a demo board, but the I2C communication was not working, and the ACK was received after the hardware address was sent, but the ACK was not received after the CMD was sent. The customer would like to know what is the reason for that.
Could you help resolve this case?
