have you check the board works well ? please change D2 position in front of inductor.

hi, xiaofu,

other advice about the layout, please change D2 and keep inductor loop close to SW,

increase more trace space for Vin as below, keep the cap close to pins, as you already did in your design,

please rise a new ticket for review when you finish modification ,and help to click Resolve and close this one .thank you.
