I want to know the soldering condition of TPS259474LRPWR below.

1. Reflow condition

2. Hand soldering condition

And I have one more question below.

I guess TPS259474LRPWR can't support flow condition. Is it correct?

Hi Hirokazu,

We don't have any device specific guideline . You can refer this app note for reflow profile for QFN package.
