LM36011: MTBF information

I'm trying to find the MTBF of the LM36011, but the calulator at (https://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp) doesn't show the results for the chip. Where can I get this information?

Sorry LM36011 doesn't support to calculate its MTBF.
