Hi,

The only issue with the schematic is that the LED diode has a R154 for 261 Ohms. At a fault condition, this will be close to 8-9mA through OUT1. The max current is 5mA for this device. Please increase R154 accordingly to be below 5mA.

Hi,

Got it, will change the resistor to 330R. Forward voltage for the LED is 2V.
