Synchronous step-down converter solution for 24v to 5v @ 6A fixed continuous output

I am looking for a high efficiency, low cost DC-DC synchronous step-down converter solution that converts 24v to 5v @ 6A fixed continuous output.

I have referred to several controllers that are available to achieve this but need your guidance to finalize this. Some of the solutions that I have looked at are
1. TPS40057
2. LM5145
3. LM61460
4. LM63460
5. LM73606Q1
6. LM25145

Easy and reliable availability (readily stocked) is also a requirement. Please advise which of these or anything else would be suitable.

Rahul,

The recently-released LM63460-Q1 is another good option here for 5V/6A, and there are 500pcs currently available in the TI store to purchase. The EVM is designed for 2.1MHz, but 400kHz is more suitable when Vin = 24V.

I agree with you on LM61460. However, I have seen a lot of issues with regard to availability.

As Tim mentioned , you can also check with LM63460 , which have stock right now.

for LM61460 , if you need small volume samples(less than 20) you can check with our TI sales .
