We applied TPSM82813 sample from TI store, but found the top marking is blanking. While in datasheet, it should be GD. Is it ok to use? thanks!

Hi Cera,
With these uSiP power modules, there is sometimes not enough space to write the markings on the top of the device. Since these came from the TI Store, I would assume they are perfectly fine and ok to use.
I will reply back in the next few days with the location of the GD marking. It may be on the back of the device or under the inductor.

I confirmed that the marking is on the back side of this device.

Thanks for checking it. While my customer checked it, there's no mark on any side of the device. Customer needs the mark to make sure they are using the right device. The chip is samples applied from TI store.

The marking should be located between pins 5 and 6, as shown below:
