I downloaded the firmware version 0.32, but the running prompt is as follows: 

Error: No Free EV2400s Detected. If one is connected but the LEDs are not on, try running this program with the -s option.

What should I do, please?

My system is WIN11.

None of the LEDs on the EVM board are lit.

Update succeeded after I increased -s. But did not successfully connect to BQ76952. I do not know what to set up? Thank you!

Hello Chime,

Did you upload the EV2400 firmware as shown in its User Guide? If you connected through USB and the LEDs did not turn-on, then you did not have a good connection. You may have to change the USB cable.

If the cable is connected properly and is able to communicate, all three LEDs on the board should turn on. Make sure these are on before opening BQStudio The BQ76952 has to be WAKE before it can connect to bqStudio, press the WAKE button briefly.

The device should connect automatically to bqStudio without opening any prompt screen.
