BQ76952: how to solve CRC error？

I do not see the EV2400 firmware version, but could you try updating to the latest firmware version for the EV2400? The latest version should be v0.32 found in the EV2400 product page. A guide to update the firmware can be found in Section 3 of the EV2400 User Guide.
